Just a balanced option for a getaway in Paris with good price value. The staff were friendly and responsive when I needed extra towels. Ask for a room away from the street for a quieter experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport.
My experience at Villa Des Princes was frustrating. The rooms were small and cramped, barely fitting my partner and I along with our bags. The bathroom had serious cleanliness issues, including visible black mold that was both unsightly and unhealthful, and the sliding bathroom door offered no privacy at all, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

Loved the location—only a 10 min walk to Notre Dame! But, the tiny elevator was a letdown and the cleanliness could improve. Overall, nice stay!

Great location with easy access to the Metro and key sights, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room felt surprisingly spacious, especially since I expected a snug fit based on earlier reviews. Staff reached out the night before my stay, which was a nice touch, and they were helpful throughout. Breakfast offered delicious pastries, perfect for starting the day. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues. There was black mold around the shower edges and in the bathroom vents, which definitely needs addressing. The two plug sockets were not enough for modern needs, which made charging devices a bit tricky. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was enjoyable overall.

The room was a decent size for a couple, but the mattress was super comfortable and really helped us get a good night's sleep. The tiny elevator was handy for our bags, even though we had to squeeze in. I loved how clean everything was, and the shower had great pressure. Just make sure you're okay with a bit of street noise from the rubbish collection early in the morning.

great service , but limited room space
The staff proved to be exceptionally accommodating, catering to our every need with warmth and friendliness. We cherished the delicious breakfast each morning, especially the fresh pastries that were delightful. The location near both a bus stop and metro station made it easy to explore various attractions, enhancing our overall experience.
However, the room size felt a bit cramped, which limited our comfort.
